Mapleton Progress, Inc. is branching out to meet the growing needs of a mature adult community and to meet the need of a different type of housing in Mapleton, Iowa. It is hoped that this development will create a housing environment which enhances privacy and individual lifestyles opportunities within the larger Mapleton community.

Meadow Park is an independent living community for people who want the advantages of owning and the freedom of renting. It is locally owned by Mapleton Progress, Inc. and democratically governed by an elected Board of Directors comprised of area residents.
