One son killed in an automobile accident at age 23. Her second son diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, and six months to live, at age 22. Her third son was addicted to cocaine at the age of 20. Herself addicted to prescription drugs which were suppose to help her cope with her problems. On the edge of total devastation, she bounced back with a vengeance and devotes much of her time to helping others in similar circumstances. She will never be the same, but now realizes that people are more important than things, and is determined to spread what she has learned, so that others may be better prepared. One day you may need to bounce back too. |
